If you have read an article from Margaret Ransom from US Racing on Runhappy's former trainer Maria Borell, then you know that it changes everything you might have known. The article goes into the inhumane conditions of horses left in Borell's care.
Now the question will be, how will this effect her lawsuit. If the judge sees this article (which I assume he/she will), then it will likely cause a dismissal. Since this article has gone public, Borell has removed her Twitter account.
